The DAL agency network in Germany comprises DAL Schiffahrts-Agentur (DAL SA) and Deutsche Schiffahrts-Agentur (DSA). DAL SA with offices in Hamburg and Bremen is 100% owned by DAL.

DSA with offices in Düsseldorf, Frankfurt and Stuttgart is a joint venture in which DAL has a 50% share. The main activity of DAL SA/DSA is the representation of DAL's liner services in Germany. This being the traditional trade between Europe, the Canary Islands and southern Africa (SAECS) and services to the Indian Ocean Islands (MAX). The service portfolio includes not only container transport, DAL SA/DSA has also developed into an expert in the breakbulk and project-segment, representing the MACS service to southern Africa.

To meet the intermodal requirements of our valued customers, DAL SA/DSA offer all forms of land transport and numerous value added services. There is hardly no requirement regarding container transport within Germany which DAL SA/DSA cannot accomplish.
